CMS - Case Management System

CMS is a web based database management solution for record management of SO branch data. It is useful in tracking and supervising PI cases and other data managed by SO Branch such as pending inquests, DARs etc.

It creates a single source of record which can be updated from both PS level and DCP Office level. This ensures discrepancies in data at both levels can be reduced.

It also generates various reports such as PS wise pendency and disposal report, IO wise pendency and disposal report.
